Ashley Nocera is an Instagram popular fitness model and athlete who was born on 15th August 1994. Ashley is an Leo in her zodiac. Even though Ashley isn't talking much about her parents she has said that her grandfather was the one who influenced the beginning of her love for working out due to his popularity as a bodybuilder throughout his 20s and 30s. Ashley began to exercise physically at the age of four. She started taking swimming lessons at age four old, and continued for another 10 years. Ashley participated in numerous competitions However, she wasn't dedicated because her body wasn't ready to follow an intense diet. Ashley was just fifteen when she began to be unhappy about her physical appearance. Her father encouraged her to train. She followed his advice and started slow. She didn't realize that she'd spend the next nine years shaping her figure eventually becoming an exercise idol. The joy of her win Ashley took part in at the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. When she competed in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships where she placed seventh. was motivated by what she considered was the loss and continued to push herself even further. Ashley was back at the 2015. WBFF World Championships where she took 5th place. As the contest ended, Ashley made a decision that she did not want to participate. The competition was offering photography shoots during her time competing, but didn't want to combine her career, however once she quit competing she decided to become a fitness model. She was featured on the cover page of a popular fitness magazine that instantly launched her career of becoming a fitness model after she was able to join an agency for modeling. Her career has grown into sought-after and popular model. She has worked for various bikini brands and worldwide known clothing firms.
